| So I got a call today from a fellow Z owner and tells me one of his injectors took a dump. Now this is the the 7th person locally in the south florida area that I know of to have an injector go bad. Now as you all know I am still building my car and I am bit skeptical to put my stock injectors back in, Now I was going to volume test them before I put them in, But I'm afraid that soon after I will be stuck with a dead cylinder. Now does anyone have any insight as to what is happening? People have been saying its the recent rise of ethanol in gasoline that eats them up internally.
Now I've asked what gas they use and noone used cheap gas, It was always between mobil, shell and chevron. Any idea of what exactly is going on? Anything I can do to prevent this? Alright so I gotta change em out, which injectors do I get that will last? I also hear that nismo 555s are dumping as well? Has anyone else experienced this?
